Investimo, the Omatapalo Group’s real estate company, through its subsidiary ImoBaía, is today launching the commercialization of the Orizon Tower project, a new multi-purpose development with a unique visual identity, located in Luanda Bay, comprising 26 floors, including three office floors, an amenities floor with a restaurant, swimming pool, outdoor terrace, spa and gym, as well as 82 flats ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms.

The building, whose architectural design was carried out by the prestigious Sua Kay Arquitectos office, is being built by Omatapalo – Engenharia e Construção, S.A., occupying a total area of around 39,000m2. It has 215 car parking spaces and should be completed in 2025.
